Health and fitness is key of everything
Firstly, health is the most important factor for our daily lives. Everyday we have several things to do. But if our health is not well everything goes in a wrong way. For this thing we have to maintain a healthy lifestyle or healthy diet. The most important thing for health is early rising. Early risers never get sick easily. Once one said that, “Early to bed and early toh rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” Those who sleeps early and also wakes up early they never feel anxious. Secondly, the most important thing is exercise. Morning exercises are the best thing to keep one’s life healthier. One can do yoga also these are the most important things to keep our body and mind fresh. It is one kind of detox of our body. Jogging, walking, cycling these are the most important thing for our body. These are the things which can decrease the chances of cancer. It can increase our metabolism system.
Healthy lifestyle has so many benefits. It prevent diseases, increase our metabolism system. It improves our mental health and makes our memory stronger. It also clears our skin. Removes insomnia and one can have a better sleep for this reason.
Then comes the nutrition. It is also related with healthy lifestyle. It improves our immune system or metabolism system. It helps to keep our physical and mental health stronger. There are few parts to keep our life healthy. There are four keys of health. They are nutrition, exercise, relaxation and sleep. These are the most important thing for all of us.
To maintain healthy lifestyle we have to follow some rules. One have to eat a lot of Green veggies and fruits. In a article I’ve also read that salt is allowed 6 gm per day for adults only. The most important meal is breakfast. We should never skip our breakfast. It is the most important thing for one’s life. Good nutrition improves our health. Good nutrition helps to keep our mind fresh. Rest is very essential for all us. It keeps our mental health fit and fine. Health and fitness is a blessing for all of us. If your health is fine then everything will be good for you. But if you are ill you cannot do anything everything will become clumsy.
Health is not about only your physical health. Mental health is also included here. Everyone talks about our physical health but nobody talks about our mental health. It is equally important for all of us. Specially our mental health. In yoga, there is a term which is called laughter or hasna yoga. This Hasna yoga keeps our heart healthy. It keeps our breathing system healthy. Healthy lifestyle helps to maintain our body weight which is really very important. If once one gain weight it is too difficult to reduce weight. Moreover, fat people easily get tired for everything. They also get sick easily. That weight decrease their metabolism and also immune system.
Health is very important thing for all of us. We should keep our health fit and fine. It is the key of everything because if our health doesn’t allow us to do we can’t do anything. So we should aware about this thing. Physical activity improves our mental health helps to decrease any germ of our body. Improves our immunity and also metabolism. If we are healthy then we can do anything very easily but for this thing we have to maintain a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet. This thing is really very important for young generation because now a days young generation gets sick easily for this junk foods or street foods. But these are not the way to keep our body fit and healthy. So, we should always follow the rules of healthy lifestyle.
